Detailed Product Description

The line model F. 750 is suitable to produce any kind of band for staples production andis formed by:
1) Multiwiresflattening head complete of wires straightener and wires guides inentrance. This group is provided of  water cooling system for theflattening rollers in close circuit with refrigerator and electronical coolingtemperature control, this system is maintaining the rollers temperature alwaysat the same level not depending by the speed of the machine or by the wiresdimensions or by the external temperature. The flattening rollers stroke isadjustable through an electronical motorized system with micrometrical controlof the flattening dimension, it is also possible the separate adjustments ofthe two rollers sides, (left side or right side), to can obtain the perfectpharallelism of the rollers and the identical flattening dimension in all theband widht.
The flattening group is equipped with 2 motors self cooled having a total powerof about 12 KW.
2) To theflattening machine below descripted,  is connected the gluing and dryinggroup to form the band, in this group, complete of two gluing stations, wehave assembled a tecnological induction wires system to dry the glued bandformed by 2 drying coils, (one after each gluing station), one inductiongenerator and one electronical water cooling refrigerator  with automaticaltemperature control.This system is controlled by plc and is able to maintain inautomatic the same drying temperature programmed by the operator not dependingby the wires diameter, by the speed of the machine and by the externaltemperature. This system is improving the quality of the band  makingprocesses respect the traditional hot air blowers or resistances, because it isworking only inside the wires nucleo, exacltly the contrary of the air blowerthat are working only directly on the glue.

3) At the end of the gluing and drying line isassembled a forced cold air blower system formed by two electronical blower of  0,5 KW each one, utilized tocool definitively the band before the winding on spool.
4) The line is continued with the NEW band puller system hight power, able to produce avery hight tension power on all the wires and to avoid the wires lenghtening.
This band pulling group is motorized by a self cooling motor of 4 KW.
5) The electronical band winder system on spools, having a double motorization anda revolving system that permits a speed replacing of the full spool withthe  empty one without the necessity to stop the line, is completely theproduction band line.
This system is drived by two motors of 2 KW each one, (4 KW total) and iscooled through a blower of 0,5 KW.
6) Oneelectronical panel control of very easy utilization, able to maintain thesyncronism of all the line motors and to make a self adjustment  of allthe line in automatic when the operator is changing the line speed, is endingthe line below descripted.
