Detailed Product Description

Complete line starting from max 200 spools of round steel wires suitable for abrashive brushes. This line is able to crimp, (to ondulate), the wires and to wind it on spools of about 200 kg. each one ready fto enter in the final brushes production machines. Our machine is prepare the wires for the steel brushes or any other kind of abrasive disck that is utilizing crimped steel wires.
Technological PLC controls are keeping the tension between all the wires.
