NEW FULL AUTOMATICAL PACKING SYSTEM FOR OFFICE STAPLES

 

This new packing system for office staples was projected and realized to satisfy the necessities of all the office staples producersthat until today has utilized expansive manual operations to pack thestaples. This new concept of packing system is suitable to be connected to any kind of press just present in the customers plant, (but also to single or multiwires staples production machines), and is not required to buy also our technological production presses to can have the automatical packing.

This packing line is infact able to receive the staples strips in any conditions from one or more  presses, and this permit to can have also a multistrips stamping operation with the presses, that is increasing very much the production staples capacity reducing also the production and the packing costs.

Our new modular packing system can pack till 1.000 strips of office staples per minute, thanks to thepossibility to add till 5 modular packing heads in the same line.

If is connected to our staples production press model E. 400/A, this packing line can produce for example the officestaples N? 10 utilizing a band of 250 wires, to cut the band in 5 pieces of 50and to stamp 5 strips simultaneously each single stroke of the press, with the result to produce till 1.000 strips per minute with one press only that canbe also packed automatically till the final carton boxes, (as in the economical one piece box that our machine is forming and gluing automatically by a opened piece of carton, as in the traditional sleeve + cover cartonbox), without people necessity in both the solutions.

The packing line can be offered in 2different steps:

1)      Till the strips componing system, (blue machine on drawing enclosed)

2)      Till the final carton boxes, (red machine on the drawing enclosed).
