The line E. 400/ A is different to any other staplesproduction machine present in the world market because is equipped with an exclusive "four

 columns" double knuckle-joint press espressely designed for a very hightproduction staples speed. The particoular down-movement of the ramguarantee by the special mechanical system of this machine, assure a not springbacks of the wire band during the staples stamping, (present on the contrary utilizing the commoneccentrical presses). With  thisstamping system the legs of the staples are keeping a perfect 90° angle respectthe crown, not depending by the staples types produced.

Special air cushions are prevent any pressvibration also at production speed over the 250 strips per minute, besides also the work noises is absolutely reduced respect a commoneccentrical press.

Very important: For themechanical characteristics of this press, is not necessary anymanutention in the press for at least 10 years!!  The panel control is completeof  colored displayevidencing any line problem and  therelative solution, so it is not necessary any experience for the machineoperator. A PLC assembled in thepanel control is checking all the line, are present also a programmable encoder and brushless motors drived by digital inverters of lastgeneration. The press is provided of an automatical systemto self release that in few seconds is unblocking the press in caseof blokage at closed die, an electronical band feederprogrammable by PLC is adjusting the staples legs lenghts, it ispresent also a fast system able to open or to close in few seconds the stapleslegs respect the crown.

The line is formed by: rotating spoolsstand for band,  electronical band unwinder complete of band straightener,  production press completeof dies, pre-packing strips systems,mechanical staples controlled ejection, N° 3 motorized conveyors forstrips exit with adjustable speed. The main electronical panel  is controlling all the complete line.
