Detailed Product Description

Hydraulic production machine suitable to produce any kind of brads. The press is formed by two hydraulic heads, (one for band cutting and one for head stamping), and has a power of about 210 BARS. The machine is equipped with an electronical hight power oil cooling system, of touch screen display with indicated all the possible allarms and relative solutions, is controlled by a PLC in all the movements step by step to avoid any breakage, and is complete of automatic strips packing group. This system is able to receive the strips from press, to put each strip closed to the following and with the heads opposite one by one. Besides, the PLC present in the machine is able to count the number of strips produced and to prepare separate groups of strips in a quantity programmable by the operator.
