Suitable to produce any kind of OFFICE STAPLES starting from round wires on spools till the final packing.The lines are expressely designed for the office staples series: 26/6, 24/6 N?10, 23, 648 etc., are formed by a complete production system "all in line", controlled by a PLC, formed by: direct multiwires system for round wires, gluing and drying group to form the band, production press "hight speed" and final automatical packing in carton boxes. The difference between the two lines consist in the maximum number of round wires that it can utilize simultaneously, 100 wires for the line I.M. 100, 210 wires for the line I.M. 210. The production capacities can reach 2.500.000 staples per hour direct in the final carton boxes. It is possible also to assembly a multi strips stamping system, in this way for example the line I.M. 210 can produce one band of 200 round wires, to cut it in 4 pieces of 50 and to stamp more of 800 strips of staples per minute!!
