Exclusive "four columns" double knuckle-joint press espressely designed for a very hight production staples speed. The particoular down-movement of the ram guarantee by the special mechanical system of this machine, assure a not springbacks of the wire band during the staples stamping, (present on the contrary stamping the staples with the common eccentrical presses). In this way the legs of the staples are keeping a perfect 90° angle with the crown not depending by the staples produced.

Special air cushions are prevent any press vibration also at production speed over the 250 strips per minute, besides also the work noise is absolutely reduced respect a common eccentrical press. Panel control with colored display evidencing any line problem and relative solution, complete PLC control for all the line, programmable encoders, brushless motors driven by digital inverters, automatical system to release in few seconds the press in case of a blockage at closed die, electronical adjustament of the staples legs lenghts and of the legs opening and closing are just some technical tecnologies present in our staples presses.
